All of our team have undergone an Enhanced Clearance through the DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service), have completed the latest Safeguarding training, and there’s always a qualified First Aider on site. The safeguarding lead for Echo Performing Arts Academy is Lisa Campbell.

Teaching Associates

To build confidence and spark imagination, it is important that our students experience a broad range of different teaching styles and talent from across the performing arts industry.

Which is why our Thursday and Saturday main academy team also includes students who have a huge amount of singing, dancing and acting experience and plenty of energy. Our future leaders bring fresh ideas and training to our Echoes – and often know the latest trending dance moves and songs to get even the shyest youngsters on the floor.

From time-to-time, we also bring in associate artists to provide bespoke workshops and technique classes such as on-screen acting or dance for a music video. This includes casting director, Lee Mountjoy, and Nicci Topping. They help us to build skills, nurture talent and support our students.
